Children as Performers
In this unique "storybook to life" program presented by Theatre Workshop of Nantucket, children in the audience become the actors and learn improv skills to bring favorite tales to life. Participants are cast from the audience to recreate the roles in the story, using costume pieces, makeup and props. The remaining audience members make their own crowns to become part of the “court,” and fifteen minutes later the show resumes! Total time with craft projects is about one hour!
