Some of you may recognize the chic and stylish women’s boutique, Serenella, from its Newbury Street location in Boston. With a strong connection between Boston and Nantucket, and clientele in both locations, it made sense for the shop to branch out. After doing a couple of years as a pop-up store on Nantucket during the busy summer months, Serenella now has its own full time location on South Beach Street.
The Serenella Nantucket store is a continuation of their Boston store, keeping the feel of the original, but choosing items that reflect the resort and island surroundings. Pieces are versatile, so you will look fantastic on Nantucket as well as in the city. Their stylish and well-versed staff are happy to help you pull together an outfit, and stress how mixing items from different designers can form a working relationship. Within seconds, store owner Leslee had pulled together a fabulous beach ensemble...a reversible swimsuit from BastaSurf, a handpainted scarf and beach bag from Dianora Salviati, strappy lace-up sandals by Bottega Veneta, accessorized with unique Tibetan beaded bracelets. The look was effortless, and totally chic.
Serenella will be hosting trunk shows throughout the summer season. Next up is the Brioni Resort Collection July 22-24 and KaufmanFranco from New York who will be making a personal appearance on August 6th. Also, keep an eye out for shows featuring Roberto Cavalli, Boy. by Band of Outsiders, and Muse Cashmere. Serenella is located at 9B South Beach Street and is open daily from 10am-7pm.
