Life aboard a Whaleship
Free hands-on program for students K-5th grade accompanied by an adult. Experience what life was like on a whaleship by singing sea chanteys, tasting the kinds of foods that were served, and performing some of the jobs that the whalers had to undertake during their long sea voyages Ð and like one of the whalers' free-time activities, you may even carve some imitation scrimshaw to take home.
